Terms and Conditions for Direct Bookings at LocalVR

2.1 Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed instantly upon payment approval. Subsequent rental agreements are required to be completed to maintain the reservation.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

Some listings may have their own unique cancellation policy. Refer to the Cancellation Policy when reviewing the booking details. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

2.3 Rental Agreements and House Rules

Guests must review and agree to the rental agreement and listing-specific house rules prior to booking. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties, cancellation of the reservation, or additional fees.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

3.2 Payment Schedule

• For Bookings Made 15 Days or More Before Arrival: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before arrival.
• For Bookings Made Within 14 Days of Arrival: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the initial deposit.

4.1 Compliance with House Rules

Guests must comply with the house rules and the rental agreement provided with each reservation.

4.2 Conduct

Guests must engage respectfully with LocalVR staff and refrain from abusive or disruptive behavior. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking or restricted access to our platform.

5.1 Liability Disclaimer

LocalVR is not liable for inaccuracies in property listings, changes in availability, or any user error during the booking process. Guests acknowledge that property conditions and amenities are the responsibility of property owners.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Colorado law governs these Terms.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed per the Cancellation Policy. No additional refunds are provided for Guest dissatisfaction, property conditions, or other grievances.
