We had a great stay at this gorgeous house. Our entire family including 11 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the location and there was more than enough space for all of us. The house is beautiful as are the grounds. Was worried about the highway but we were well off the road and did not hear any highway noise. Very private. Had a couple of fly fishing guides come to the location to teach us how to fly fish and were able to catch (and release) quite a few fish right out the back yard. The listing mentions A/C but that only covers the game room and the two bunk rooms. But, we were able to stay plenty comfortable with open windows and fans. Actually chilly each morning and had a lot of the grandchildren huddling around the fireplace. Afternoons/evenings sitting out by the river were glorious. Fire pit was used quite often along with a s’mores night. We had a few issues that could not be resolved while we were there but that did not detract from the house and the location.

We LOVED our stay! Accommodations were incredible and the view/setting was magical! Our kids even climbed the mountain right behind the house multiple times! The river was so peaceful and we enjoyed lots of coffee by the firepit!
