Enjoy all the comforts of home at this charming one bedroom, two-bathroom condo! Situated on a free bus line with a golf course view, the home places you minutes from the slopes, hiking trails, or downtown, providing the perfect launching pad for year-round adventures in Park City. Located in the Silver King building, guests will enjoy peaceful surroundings of alpine trees, a bright and welcoming lounge area, and a range of shared amenities such as an indoor/outdoor pool and more. As you enter the third-floor condo, you will be greeted by an intimate space with an open layout and views out the back towards the golf course. Step into the tiled entryway where a large closet awaits, perfect for storing your outdoor gear. Directly to the right of the entryway is the well-laid-out kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare warm meals at home. The kitchen includes everything from stainless steel appliances to a range of basic cookware, making it convenient to put together a delicious meal during your stay. A kitchen bar with 3 bar stools connects the kitchen to the living room while providing a centrally located spot to enjoy a quick snack while chatting with your group. From the kitchen, you are steps away from the living room, a cozy space that offers an inviting and homey common area for relaxing. Warm up by the electric fireplace as you settle into the plush leather couch, which doubles as a pull-out queen bed. An additional two chairs situated on either side of the couch offer ample space for your group to relax together while enjoying a movie on the TV or making plans for your next adventure. For added comfort, you will find a coffee table, two small side tables, and two lamps situated around the space, creating a cozy atmosphere. Tucked underneath a large window on the other side of the living room is a dining table with seating for 6. Enjoy meals with your group, work on a puzzle, or have a game night, the spacious table offers plenty of space for dining or entertaining! When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the bedroom down the hallway off the living room. The spacious bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a mounted TV, and a bright nook area that includes a sofa couch and a large dresser. Relax and recharge in the nook, where the couch or plush leather ottoman offers cozy seating and a large window fills the area with natural light. Adding to the comfort of the bedroom is the attached bathroom, a large space that includes a spacious sliding-door closet. Freshen up before bed in the attached bathroom, where you will find a large single-sink vanity and a separate room with a bathtub/shower combo. Just outside the bedroom, you will find a stacked washer and dryer in a hallway closet, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay. A second bathroom for shared use is tucked at the end of the hallway and includes a single-sink vanity and a shower.
This condo boasts an incredible location, just minutes from all the action at Park City Mountain Resort. With incredible access to the ski lifts at Park City Mountain Resort, you can be out your front door and on the slopes in mere minutes. Or take your outdoor adventure to the hiking trails and explore one of several beautiful trails all less than a five-minute drive away such as the popular Armstrong Trail, SilverSpur, and Dawn’s Trail. The Park City Golf Club is also a few steps away, should you decide to play a round or two with your loved ones. Park City's Main Street Historic District is just a short 15-minute bus ride away, connecting you to various eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. Unlimited access to world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, local markets, and other unique festivities are at your fingertips.
You can’t beat the location of this cozy condo, located just steps from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort! Only a 1-minute drive or a 4-minute walk, world-class skiing is right outside your door. If you're looking to explore the city, multiple Park City Transit bus routes are nearby with Park City Mountain stop a 3-minute walk from the condo giving quick access to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, a range of shared amenities such as an indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center, and two parking spots, one in the parking garage, and a second spot in the parking lot in front of the building.
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. In addition, this home is on the 3rd floor of the building and only has stair access. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
