Stay in the heart of Breckenridge at the Corral complex, known for its proximity to everything the town has to offer. Whether you’re planning a ski weekend or a summer hiking adventure, you’re just blocks from the slopes, shops, dining, and historic Main Street. The nearby Blue River Rec Path offers a scenic walk or bike ride right from your doorstep.
A car isn’t necessary to enjoy this location. You’re within walking distance of the BreckConnect Gondola and multiple shuttle stops. If you do bring a vehicle, garage and driveway parking are provided. Public transport options include the free Breck Free Ride system and Summit Stage, which connect you to the entire county.
Guests have full access to the entire condo and all shared community amenities, including the hot tub and fitness center. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles—1 inside the private garage and 1 directly in front of it. A CAB Parking Pass must be visibly displayed on the dashboard of the outdoor vehicle.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Great place. Exactly as described. Easy walk to Quicksilver lift. Easy walk to Main Street. Heated garage is a nice touch. Will be back!

Our family of four had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed and made breakfast every morning and had a couple of dinners at the condo during our week’s stay. We grilled one night and the grill located on the patio worked just fine. There is both a drip coffee maker and also a Breville espresso machine. The bus stop is just a few steps away and having a garage was convenient for storage of our skis / snowboards after spending the day on the slopes. The downtown area was just a couple of blocks away and we walked to dinner and the downtown area from the condo. We even walked to the ice rink one night to watch a hockey game as well. Even though there was a game room and hot tub, we did not visit either of these so I don’t have any comments on this. I would definitely stay here again as this condo met our expectations.
