Edwards is a vibrant summer destination, offering a mix of outdoor adventure and local culture. The nearby Riverwalk serves as the community hub, where you can enjoy the weekly farmers market, free outdoor concerts, and a variety of boutique shops and restaurants. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Eagle River for world-class fly fishing and rafting, as well as the extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails that crisscross the valley. For more summer fun, Nottingham Lake in nearby Avon offers paddleboarding and swimming, while the championship golf courses in EagleVail and Beaver Creek provide stunning backdrops for a round of 18 holes. The area's mild summer climate makes it the perfect place for al fresco dining and exploring the scenic beauty of the White River National Forest.
While the riverwalk area is walkable, a car is recommended for accessing hiking trailheads, golf courses, and neighboring towns like Avon and Vail. Guests have access to 1 parking space in the building's parking garage. The property is conveniently located near Highway 6, providing easy access to summer activities throughout the Vail Valley.
Guests will have access to the entire condo that includes one parking space. Guests will always have access to the shared amenities within the complex that include a hot tub and pool (summer only).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that shared amenities may be closed for seasonal or standard maintenance that is outside of our control.
