Arrowhead Ski Area and Beaver Creek Resort are just minutes away, offering renowned groomers, family-friendly terrain, and legendary powder trails. A short drive brings you to Vail Mountain’s expansive terrain and legendary Back Bowls for an unforgettable day on the slopes.
A personal vehicle—preferably 4WD or AWD with snow tires or chains during winter conditions—is recommended for traveling around Edwards and accessing nearby ski resorts. Drive 5 to 10 minutes to reach Arrowhead and Beaver Creek parking, or head east on Interstate 70 to reach Vail in under 20 minutes.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including two living areas, a game room with an 8-foot pool table, a back patio with a gas fire pit and Weber grill, a private backyard pond with a waterfall, in-unit laundry, and on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles (1 in the attached garage and 2 in the driveway).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
