During the winter, you’re perfectly positioned to hit world-class slopes or explore the charming shops and dining in the village. As the snow melts, the landscape transforms into a summer paradise where recreation is quite literally at your doorstep; a premier hiking and mountain biking trail is located just steps from the house, while a golf course and pickleball courts are situated just down the hill. Whether you’re enjoying a scenic gondola ride or a quiet afternoon in your peaceful, private setting, you’ll love being a short drive from the action while feeling worlds away.
A vehicle is highly recommended for exploring the wider Vail area, as this home is not located on a free bus or shuttle line. The property features a long, narrow driveway where cars will need to line up to park.
Guests will have access to the entire home , the private hot tub, game room, laundry and multiple living rooms and on-site parking for 9 vehicles. There is space for 3 vehicles in the garage and 6 vehicles in the driveway or on the side of the house.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C due to its cooler climate. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days. Due to the long narrow driveway, guests will need to line up their cars when parking.

We had a wonderful stay in Vail! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and made it easy for us to explore and enjoy everything Vail has to offer. The home had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed our time here.
