When the ski day winds down, explore the vibrant aprés-ski culture of the Vail Valley. Stroll through the cobblestone streets of Vail Village for upscale dining and boutique browsing, or head into Avon and Beaver Creek Village for fireside craft cocktails, ice skating, and cozy mountain eateries.
A 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle equipped with winter tires or chains is strongly recommended for navigating Colorado mountain corridors and snowy neighborhood roads. For effortless slope access without driving or parking fees, walk just 0.2 miles to the end of Stone Creek Drive at Route 6 to catch the regional Core Transit / ECO bus. The bus line runs frequent routes connecting directly to Beaver Creek Landing, Avon Station, and the Vail Transportation Center.
Guests will have private access to the entire 4-level single-family home, including the primary suite with steam shower, lower-level game room with ping pong table, private deck with gas grill and outdoor dining, private patio, and private balcony. Parking is available on-site for up to 3 vehicles (1 in the private garage and 2 in the driveway).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. There are 10 steps to enter the property. A security camera is located in the garage.
