Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on peak seven just three miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. The home is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 9 guests! This is an ideal home for groups of family or friends that want to be close to everything Breckenridge has to offer! The home has a fenced yard and is one of the few dog friendly homes in Breckenridge!
This four bedroom home is spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The kitchen, dining room, and living room share the main floor of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal at home. There is plenty of counter space and access to a patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining table. The living and dining rooms share a space. The dining table has seating for 8. The living room is highlighted by a beautiful large L shaped couch. The living room has comfortable furniture, plenty of windows to take in the mountain views, and a large flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and both of them have a queen bed and TV. The main floor has one bathroom, which has a shower/tub and is located across from the bedrooms. The lower level of the house has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. Additionally, there is another bathroom in the basement and it has a walk-in shower. The lower level has access to the hot tub and fenced in yard. Lastly, the laundry room is located in the lower level. Maximum approved occupancy is 9 people. Maximum approved parking is 3 spaces. Parking on the street is prohibited. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Summit County STR License Number: STR20-00309
This location offers fast access to all sorts of outdoor adventures! You'll be right next to Peaks Trail, an eight-mile trek in the White River National Forest that runs from Breckenridge to Frisco, and offers stunning mountain views. In nearby Iowa Hill, you'll find a lightly-trafficked trail loop with a beautiful forest setting. Bikers should check out the Blue River Bikeway, a paved trail which traverses nine miles and is great for all skill levels and ages. Access to the Bikeway is just a short drive away. When it's time to relax, check out Broken Compass Brewing, one of the best breweries in Colorado; it's less than two miles away and offers a free brewery shuttle service! Breckenridge Distillery, an award-winning and stylish new restaurant offering modern American cuisine with altitude, is also located nearby. The home is a short drive from downtown Breckenridge and world class skiing.
Downtown Breckenridge is only a 10-15 minute drive away. AWD/4WD is required in the winter months. Uber and Lyft are available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, hot tub. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
The home has a fenced in yard and is dog friendly only with our prior approval. Please message us for pet fees, which vary depending on number and size of pet. There is a Ring doorbell on the front door that has a camera for security purposes, and there is a camera on the back patio as well. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please note that the fireplace is Not Functional, it is for decorative purpose only. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that the garage is Not available for guests to park. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed unless Owner/Manager approves the Guest request before Check In Date, pet fees may apply. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and the Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
