Welcome to the Snake River Chalet, a beautiful 2-bedroom condo surrounded by alpine trees by Keystone Ski Resort. Step outside your front door and take the one-minute bus ride to Mountain House, giving you access to the slopes within minutes. After a busy day of adventures, relax & recharge in this stylish condo, where you will find stunning balcony views, a cozy stone fireplace, and a shared hot tub. Warm and inviting, this is the perfect spot for a mountain retreat!
As you enter the condo you will be greeted by a stylish light-filled space with beautiful wood floors, an open layout, and views out toward the surrounding trees. Directly to the left of the front door, you will find the kitchen which features a nook space with a built-in bench and coat hooks providing a convenient space to unload your outdoor gear before settling in. The chef in your group will love cooking in this beautiful kitchen! From the spacious granite countertops and lovely cabinets to the stainless steel appliances, the kitchen will have everything you need to put together a delicious meal. A kitchen bar with three bar stools connects the kitchen to the dining area where you will find a wood table with seating for six, an oversized rug, and artwork warming up the space. Next to the kitchen/dining area, you will find the well-decorated living room, an inviting and cozy common area perfect for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely stone gas fireplace as you settle into the cushy chair or comfortable sofa, which doubles as a pull-out queen bed. Enjoy the views out the patio door as you catch a movie on the 60” TV and make plans for your next adventure. From the living room, you can step out of the sliding patio door and take in the fresh mountain air and lovely views. When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find two bedrooms that will make you feel right at home. Just off the living room, you will find the beautiful and spacious master bedroom. Rest up in the comfortable king-size bed where you will find two nightstands with lamps, or watch a movie in bed from the 50” TV. Bring your morning coffee and enjoy the gorgeous nature views from the large windows in the room as you prepare for a day of fun. Rounding out the room is a large dresser and closet to store your personal belongings and an attached bathroom. The master bathroom is a gorgeous space with light tile floors, a large double-sink vanity, and an oversized walk-in shower with a small built-in tile bench. Providing a great separation of space, you will find the home’s second bedroom on the other side of the condo. The guest bedroom is located just off the dining room and is a great space for families traveling with children as it has a bunk bed with a twin-over-queen bed in the room and a large closet. Kids will love staying on the top bunk while parents get the spacious queen-size bed. The room even has a 40” TV, so you can have a family movie night from bed to unwind after a busy day. Right next to the guest bedroom is the shared full bathroom which features fun ski-themed artwork, a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink cabinet space, and a bathtub/shower combo, so you can easily bathe little ones before tucking in for the night. Keep up with any laundry needs while on vacation with the in-unit stacked washer and dryer located just off the right of the front door. The condo also features access to a shared hot tub located on-site, making it easy to soak sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Permit #: STR23-R-00055
This condo offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone, with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. With just a 3-minute drive you can be on the River Run Gondola ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jumping onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. Or step outside your front door and take the one-minute bus ride that drops you off at Mountain House. After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafés, and shops.
From this home, you can explore Keystone on foot, or drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in under 10 minutes. During the winter months make the two-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for some excellent skiing, and in the summer hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead which is less than a 7-minute drive from the home. You are also within 30 minutes drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 9-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 11 minutes and Frisco is a 17-minute drive. From this condo, you can be in Breckenridge in under 25 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes. Public transport is also an option, with the Summit Stages FREE bus' Rasor Drive bus stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route located just steps from your door. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and one parking spot in the garage and one outside. Guests will also find lockers to store ski gear, snow gear, jackets, and boots, on the same floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared hot tub.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. This apartment is on the second level of the building. Guests will have access to either an elevator or stairs from the main lobby to reach the home. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
