You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself and will be just blocks from 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top-line unit offers the best of Denver. Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 sinks, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, warming drawer, wine chiller, and microwave. The dining areas can accommodate up to 8 people at the beautiful dining table and there are plenty of high-top bar seating spaces. The entertainment area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV and fireplace. Take in the sunset and city life below on the balcony lounge chairs. The separate full wet bar includes everything you need to make the perfect drink: a sink, wine cooler, fridge, and dishwasher. Unwind in the deep soaking jetted tub and large glass jet showers. There is a private washer/dryer in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 12 people: 6 in the front bunk room, 2 in the master bedroom, and 4 in the second master bedroom with one double bed and one king bed. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony, and both master bedrooms have huge attached walk-in closets. Each room is tastefully designed with the highest quality beds, linens, furniture, and décor. **Inquire for pricing: 1) Rooftop Your standard reservation will not grant you access to the Rooftop** Rooftop Patio: When you get back from a day of exploring the city, kick back and enjoy the amazing views from the rooftop patio. There is ample seating near the fireplace, and around the bar with granite countertops. The bar has everything you need for an evening BBQ or after-dinner drinks: a grill, stovetop burners, and sink. Within a one-mile radius, you can kayak on the Platte River; explore some of the city’s best museums; shop at art galleries and boutiques; see a Broadway touring show; enjoy live music; ride a rollercoaster or cool off in a water park; and experience exciting professional sports. Downtown is also home to many of Denver’s top farm-to-table restaurants and innovative craft breweries, and the Denver Beer Trail is a great guide to sampling those local brews. Downtown’s free 16th Street Mall shuttle makes it even easier to get around. Coming from DIA: If you are flying into Denver International Airport you will have many transportation options including rental vehicles, Uber, Lyft, and light rail. Please make sure to coordinate your transportation to our property before landing at DIA. If you are looking for an exclusive, high-end experience, our private concierge can arrange for a driver to pick you up. Public transportation is also available from DIA via the light rail station from DIA to Union Station. From Union Station, you can take a bus to a number of stops within walking distance of our location. Please see local bus routes and plan accordingly before traveling. Local Driving Access: If you live locally or are driving your own vehicle, you will be able to enter our address into your favorite maps app like Waze, Apple Maps, etc. All the mentioned map apps should navigate you directly to our location.
Guests will have access to their property and private patio or balcony. For an additional charge, guests may also obtain access to the private rooftop lounge. Rooftop access is not included in your property rental and may be rented for an additional rate during your stay. Please note: there will not be a full-time door person at the building throughout your stay. It is important to keep your key fob on you at all times. If for some reason you lock yourself out of your floor or out of the building, there will likely be no attendant there to help you.
All reservations are subject to our stated cancellation policy. Please note that certain fees, including processing, administrative, and service-related charges, are non-refundable for direct bookings as well as channels like Vrbo. We strongly recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully and considering travel insurance for added flexibility. *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. There will be a charge of $50 plus the cost of handling, packaging, and/or shipping for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items). * Rental Agreement may be required *Damage Protection Fee of $65 is required for all stays - Our damage protection fee helps protect both guests and hosts by providing coverage for accidental, unintentional damage that may occur during your stay.
