HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION - Steps from resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures) - Community green space (near the pool)  for kids and pets to play BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE - There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood. - In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access. - Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided upon request after booking TRANSPORTATION - Bikes are a popular way to explore! 4 are included with this property. - A 6 seater Golf Cart is included complimentary with this property. Please note - operators of the golf cart must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license. Signed waiver and proof of insurance required. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Had a delightful stay at Maine Squeeze, it looked exactly like the photos - so beautifully appointed and comfortable. Pros are too many to count but the ones at the top of my list: location is AMAZING. I like to be near Alys, Rosemary and beach access but not feel like I am in hustle and bustle. This place is central and so peaceful, truly a hidden gem. Additionally love the private beach access where we could rent chairs to ensure we had a good spot no matter how busy it was. We don’t have kids but the neighborhood pool is perfect for families and just a stones throw from the cottage. Lovely place, lovely stay. Just wish it could be longer!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay and loved exploring the area with the golf cart and bikes. The private pool and beach were both very nice and convenient to get to. We enjoyed the pizza at the Waterhouse right where you enter the neighborhood (they even offer gluten-free crust which was a win) and everyone we met was so kind. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

The place was great and so close to the community pool! I’d definitely pay attention to the tip given by the host to take screen shots of check in (code to get in!) process, as well as WiFi code because not great cell reception. Great communication with the host. Thanks for having us!!

Place was absolutely fantastic. Host communicated very fast when we had issues accessing the golf cart and pool (we were given the wrong code). Had the issue resolved very quickly. Location was perfect.
