The well-designed space features the use of reclaimed wood, modern finishes, and curated material elements to create a homey and luxurious environment, providing the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of outdoor activities. In-room amenities include a 55” TV, Nespresso coffee and espresso maker, Topo Designs backpack, yoga mat, Bluetooth speaker, humidifier, and C.O. Bigelow 5-piece bath amenities, add an extra touch of comfort and convenience. The accommodation features a king-size bed with a luxury pillow-top mattress and Frette 100% cotton linens, so you can be assured of a good night's rest. Tucked off to the side of the bed is a sitting area with a cozy chair and a small table with two chairs, providing a convenient spot for in-room meals. On the other side of the room is a small wet bar that features a mini-fridge, quick kettle, and Nespresso coffee and Rishi Tea, making it quick and easy to start your day off right. Or, hop onto the free Main Street Trolley just a few minutes away from your front door and find yourself in the historic downtown area in mere minutes where you can discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. For guests who are interested in outdoor activities, the BreckConnect Gondola is just a short ten-minute walk away, providing easy access to Peaks 7 and 8. And in the summer, visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. The Carlin's unbeatable location ensures that guests can experience all that Breckenridge has to offer with ease, whether they are interested in outdoor activities, cultural experiences, or simply enjoying the town's charm and hospitality.

Transit


The Carlin's central location ensures that everything Breckenridge has to offer is easily accessible without even needing a car. When you prefer not to walk, jump on the Free Main Street Trolley and comfortably explore all of downtown Breckenridge. During the winter months, you can have easy access to the slopes from the BreckConnect Gondola which is located just a ten-minute walk away. taking you up to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. This area also boasts convenient and FREE public transport to surrounding areas from Breckenridge's Free Ride transit system. This transportation option is a great way to spend a day exploring one of the surrounding charming mountain towns such as FairPlay, Alma, and Blue River. In addition, Uber/Lyft are always available.

Access


Guests will have exclusive access to this unit located on the top floor of The Carlin. The unit includes access to a private balcony with Adirondack chairs. Guests will also enjoy access to a wide variety of thoughtfully curated in-room amenities to ensure the most comfortable stay possible, including a curated in-room honor bar. Additional amenities are available on-site for guests, such as a ski storage locker, snowshoes, and exclusive access to reservations at The Carlin Restaurant, Tavern Underground, and our sister restaurant, Aurum Food & Wine, located just a few blocks away. Your reservation includes parking for one vehicle in the private lot located directly behind The Carlin. You will receive a unique access code and additional instructions to access your accommodation on the day of check-in. There are ski lockers are located near the guest entrance into the building. Please note that the lockers are shared with other guests on a first to come, first to be served basis.

Notes


The Inn's guest service team is located offsite, but available when needed. Reach out to us on your booking platform or text our Guest Services line if there is anything we can do to make your stay more memorable. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed unless Owner/Manager approves the Guest request before Check In Date, pet fees may apply. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and the Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
