Tahoe Vista comes alive in the summer with warm sunshine, clear waters, and outdoor recreation. Nearby sandy spots like Moon Dunes Beach and Kings Beach State Recreation Area are perfect for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and boat rentals. On land, explore scenic hiking and mountain biking along the Brockway Summit trails or play a round of golf at nearby courses. In the evenings, head into Kings Beach or Tahoe City for outdoor summer concert series, vibrant farmers markets, and waterfront dining.
Having a car is recommended to fully experience everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer, from quiet coves to alpine hiking trailheads. The property provides ample driveway and garage parking. For local travel without driving, take advantage of the free TART (Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit) bus service and TART Connect microtransit, which service the Kings Beach and Tahoe Vista corridor for trips to beaches, shops, and restaurants.
Guests will have access to the entire home, private hot tub, deck, and parking for 6 vehicles (2 in garage with EV charger, 4 in driveway).
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note the hot tub may be serviced between stays and not completely up to temperature on your arrival.

Beautiful home with a stunning lake view, exterior. Inside is incredibly cozy and spacious. The jacuzzi tub upstairs was just as impressive as the jacuzzi on the deck. My family and I can’t wait to return. Hands down the best air bnb I’ve stayed at. We plan on booking a longer stay soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was even better than expected, and the views of the lake and forest were beautiful. The primary bedroom and bathroom were incredible—the jacuzzi tub, steam shower, heated towel bars, and thoughtful toiletries made it feel like a little spa retreat. The kids loved the bunk room and had so much fun turning it into their own fort. The family room and deck had amazing views, and the hot tub was definitely a favorite. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including tons of spices, olive oils, and all those little extras that make preparing meals so much easier and more enjoyable. We ended up barbecuing three times during our two-night stay! We also really appreciated the games, cornhole, laundry room, and extra bathrooms, especially with a larger group. There was also such a thoughtful little welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. I won’t spoil the surprise, but it was such a sweet touch and immediately made us feel wel
