A car is essential for visiting top summer attractions like Emerald Bay, Sand Harbor, and various hiking trailheads along the Tahoe Rim Trail. While the immediate area is great for walking near the water, a vehicle will allow you to explore the diverse beaches and parks surrounding the lake. Parking is available for 3 vehicles directly in front of the townhouse.
Guest have access to the entire townhome, which includes a private balcony. Shared community items are at a cost of $50/7 day pass.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. This was a really lovely place to stay. Owner had the kitchen pantry well stocked. Lots of cooking extras, plenty of trash bags, cleaning items, beds were really comfortable (and I gave a very bad back). They were great with questions about bring my dog, who did really well there. I would come again.

Great stay in Tahoe Keys! It was perfect for our party of three and our pet, while still being spacious enough to accommodate a larger group. The only thing to note is that there isn’t a dining table, but there is a foldable table and chairs available if needed. We ate out for most meals, so this wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The little grassy area outside was perfect for our toddler and our little dachshund to roam around. You can also access the beach, park, and pool for $50/week, which was very convenient. We drove which was about 4 min drive but could be walkable in maybe 15-20 min. The location is close to everything (restaurants, beaches, etc) if you have a car. The bed was comfortable, very clean, there were plenty of fans, and overall we had a great stay!

I was expecting this to be a beautiful vacation . When I got to the property , it was a complete disaster , beds had hair , semen in bathroom , cigarette smell , dirty walls , dirty floors . Host tried cleaning while I was there . Which was uncomfortable since I trouble with kids and didn’t want someone I didn’t know in the property while I was there . Host refused to give me back a full refund and accepted to give me only a partial refund but kept about 700 for I don’t know what …… my vacation became a complete nightmare . I had to look for another property which wasted almost 1 full day on that .
