The area is renowned for its incredible outdoor recreation, including boating and paddleboarding on the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. Hiking enthusiasts will love the panoramic "Big Blue" views from the nearby Stateline Lookout trail. During the summer months, the community comes alive with vibrant events. You can head down to Commons Beach in Tahoe City to enjoy the free outdoor concerts, or simply spend a sunny afternoon relaxing by the water.
Having a car is best for accessing the variety of hiking trails, beaches, and mountain biking routes around the lake. The downtown area of Tahoe City offers great walkability for dining and shopping once you are parked.
Guests will have access to the entire home, the private 6-person hot tub, and the outdoor decks. There is on-site parking available for up to 5 vehicles, with 2 spaces in the garage and 3 in the driveway.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
