Guests have access to the full home, fenced backyard, grill, and both living spaces. Laundry is located in a private upstairs closet. Four parking spaces are available in the driveway; garage is not accessible.
While having a vehicle is recommended for regional activities, many Tahoe City amenities—including the grocery store and marina—are within walking distance. There is no direct public transit access from the home.
Guests have access to the full home, fenced backyard, grill, and both living spaces. Laundry is located in a private upstairs closet. Four parking spaces are available in the driveway; garage is not accessible.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.

This was one of the loveliest AirBnBs I've ever stayed in! It was perfect for my family...my daughter's family occupied the upstairs, which had a separate living room, and my younger daughter and I occupied the downstairs rooms. Plenty of room for all of us, and the layout was wonderful. The photos don't do it justice...it's even better in person. And the short walk down to the lake and into town and all the fun things while also feeling tucked away from the crowds is hard to replicate. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again.
