Located in Tahoe City along Lake Tahoe's scenic shore, our property provides seamless access to top winter destinations. Winter sports enthusiasts are minutes from Homewood Mountain Resort, known for tree skiing and unobstructed lake views, as well as Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows for expansive alpine terrain. Downtown Tahoe City features local boutique shopping, dining, and cozy après-ski spots right near the water.
A vehicle is recommended for navigating the Lake Tahoe region during winter conditions. A free bus stop on the TART (Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit) line is located at the end of the street, offering convenient fare-free transit throughout Tahoe City, Kings Beach, and to regional ski resort hubs.
Guests will have access to our entire home, including the main house, the separate in-law unit above the garage, private hot tub, back deck, gas fire pit, gas grill, and on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles (2 garage spaces and 6 driveway spaces).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
