Space


This cozy, well-decorated studio condo has everything you need for a comfortable mountain getaway for two. Situated in a quiet location nearby the area’s main attractions you will have endless adventures waiting just outside your front door. The condo is located on the ground floor of the building. As you step inside the home the lovely slate floors greet you in the hallway where you will also find several coat hooks for you to hang your outdoor gear. Directly to the left of the front door, you will find the renovated full bathroom. The bathroom boasts a modern design with marbled-colored countertops and tilling contrasting against the lovely dark slate floor. The space features a single-sink vanity with spacious under-the-sink storage and a beautiful and spacious walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Down the hallway, you will come to the open living space of the studio where you will find a comfortable bed, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen area in the home features a kitchenette with ample cabinet space, a small fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, and a crockpot so you can prepare quick meals and snacks at home. In the kitchen area, guests will find a small table with two fun red leather chairs so you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a simple meal. On the other side of the space is the bedroom area where you will find a comfortable queen-size bed tucked underneath a large bright window. From bed, you can enjoy a movie or show from the mounted 32” Smart TV that includes an Amazon Fire stick so you can sign into your favorite streaming apps to keep up with your newest binge-worthy show. In front of the bed is a pullout/fold-out twin-size bed suitable for one person to sleep in. Comfortably store your personal items in the drawers on the siding of the bed frame or in the large closet that features mirrored sliding doors. In the summer months, you will stay nice and cool in this home thanks to the a/c unit located in the main living space! Guests will also have access to a shared hot tub with a capacity of 8, open from 8 am-10 pm daily.

Neighborhood


This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City while enjoying the peacefulness of the Prospector neighborhood. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, entertainment options, and the famous Eccles Center theater are all within walking distance from this lovely condo. Just two minutes from the front door is a bus stop for the FREE public transportation line in Park City providing easy access to surrounding areas from Kimball Junction to Canyons Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Main Street Historic District is a short 6-minute drive from the condo where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. Or make the short drive over to Park City Mountain Resort base where you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures. In the summertime, you will love all the nearby trails ready to explore with Iron Mountain Trail, Quarry Mountain Trail, Solamere Loop Trail, and Woodchip Trail, all five miles or less from the home. The Rail Trail is accessible from just across the street and provides miles and miles of biking access, downtown is just a 0.9 walk on the paved trail.

Transit


This condo is conveniently located within a two minute walk to bus stops on Park City’s FREE public transit. Along Prospector Avenue, directly across from the new carriage building, guests will find bus stops that will take you to historic Main Street, the ski resorts, as well as Kimball Junction. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort are both under a 30-minute bus ride away. If you have a vehicle you can easily reach the above two ski resorts, as well as Canyons Village, in a short 10-minute drive bringing you to the best ski runs in Park City. Head down to the historic Main Street with a quick 6-minute drive and make use of the FREE Main Street trolley, an excellent and fun way to explore downtown. The condo is also within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire condo, a shared indoor hot tub, and one parking spot in the shared onsite parking directly in front of the building.

Notes


Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that for parking, you must register your vehicles using the QR code shown in the house manual, which will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival via platform message or email. Any vehicles without proper registration may be ticketed and/or towed. Pool and hot tub close on Labor Day and reopen on Memorial Day.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
