This charming Lake Tahoe home has an impeccable interior full of stylish decor and updated amenities! Nestled in a quiet area amongst the pines, the open and social layout of the home provides the perfect layout for staying connected to your group. Outside a spacious deck with a hot tub offers additional space for your group to spread out and enjoy the nature of the area. When you enter the home you will be welcomed by the bright and inviting living room, dining room, and kitchen. This area has everything you need for relaxing and entertaining and features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, windows framing the tree views throughout the space, and charming cabin details such as a stone hearth fireplace. Unwind and recharge in the living room where you will find a plush large sectional to curl up on as you warm up by the fireplace or enjoy a movie on the 55” Smart TV. Seamlessly connected to the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining room and will provide everything you need to cook a great meal with your friends and family. The kitchen is outfitted with a full range of appliances including a modern Samsung Smart oven and gas stovetop, ample counter and cabinet space, and a kitchen bar with seating for 3. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large wood dining table with seating for 6 so your whole group can enjoy a meal together while enjoying the views out the large sliding patio doors. From this space, you can access the spacious deck where you will find a great outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing! The deck includes a private hot tub, a picnic table, patio chairs, and a propane BBQ. Kick back and enjoy the views over the majestic pines, enjoy meals al fresco, or soak sore muscles in the hot tub under the stars! When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find the three inviting bedrooms located down the hallway off the main living space. As you make your way down the hallway you will first pass a full bathroom for shared use. The bathroom boasts a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage and a tiled shower/bathtub combo so you can freshen up before jumping into bed. The first bedroom you will come to is the bright master bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, nightstands on either side of the bed with lamps, a closet, and an en suite bathroom. Enjoy the added luxury of the en suite bathroom making it comfortable to get ready for the day, or freshen up before bed. The bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a tiled shower stall with a glass door. Next to the master bedroom is a bunk room where you will find two twin-over-twin bunk beds providing extra sleeping space. This room makes efficient use of its space and includes a dresser and a mounted TV making it a comfortable space to share with others! In the third bedroom, you will find another queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress providing a cozy space for a good night’s rest.
This charming home is situated on a quiet forested street less than 10 minutes from Tahoe City and steps away from beautiful outdoor recreation areas. A quick 7-minute walk down the street will take you to the public access of the popular outdoor recreation area Paige Meadows where you will find great year-round trails for all adventure levels in the National Forest. This area is also dog friendly with no leashes required. The famous Sunnyside Resort is a 5-minute drive away where you can have a great meal or rent any type of watercraft imaginable. In the winter months, you are less than a 20-minute drive to Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts and Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, and a 10-minute drive to Homewood Ski Resort. If XC skiing, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling is more your thing, Paige Meadows also has a great year-round trail system. For those in your group looking for a little less outdoor time, Tahoe city is less than a 10-minute drive where you will find many cute boutique shops, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, farmers markets, live music, and a big sandy beach with a great park and lakeside walkway. Take advantage of the home's close driving proximity to Tahoe City and make the short 10-minute drive where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 89 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Tahoe City. Tahoe area public transportation, known as TART, has a stop a 1.5 mile from the home. This bus stop is on the Mainline and is called Hwy 89 at Tahoe Park Ln which runs every hour. Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces which include a spacious deck with a private hot tub and an unfenced backyard. Guests will also have access to three parking spaces in the paved driveway located in front of the home.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. The BBQ is unavailable from October to May due to winter conditions related to snow load from roof shedding at the property.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
