This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts a fabulous location just 5 minutes walk from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, where you can enjoy year-round fun. There, you can hop on the Payday Express Lift and hit the ski slopes or skate at the Resort Center Ice Rink in winter or try the zip line and alpine slides and roller coaster come summer. You are also just minutes from the historic Main Street district, with its many shops, restaurants, and seasonal festivals.
You will adore this energetic and intimate space with its unbeatable location just minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort base and the historic Main Street district. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and beds for as many as four, you will find this charming home is the perfect home away from home for all of your Park City adventures. As you enter, you will find a convenient drop zone in the entry for all of your gear thanks to a bench, hooks, cubbies, and shoe storage that await for you to make yourself comfortable. Once you settle in, you will find yourself in the lovely kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you may need to whip up a meal and features stone countertops, a bar with two bar stools, and an over-the-sink window is also located just off the entrance. A full bathroom is also situated off of the kitchen for easy access from the kitchen and living spaces and features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. From the kitchen, you are just steps to the living room, where you will find a table with seats for four that can pull double duty as an ideal place for both meals and games. Tucked in next to the fireplace, it enjoys loads of natural light and bridges the kitchen and living spaces. The living room boasts a cozy sectional sofa, an armchair and ottoman, a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and a gas fireplace. Down a short hallway off of the living room, you will also find two well-appointed bedrooms that are outfitted in a classic, neutral palette. The first bedroom features two twin-size beds with fresh white linens and a nightstand and lamp tucked between the two beds. The second bedroom is a restful retreat that is outfitted with a queen-size bed, nightstands, lamps, and a dresser. The home’s second bathroom is conveniently situated at the end of the hall and features a fully tiled walk-in shower with a modern glass door and a single-sink vanity. A stacked washer and dryer are located in a hall closet just off of this bathroom for all of your laundry needs. A small deck/porch space located near the entrance to the home features a BBQ grill and a patio set with a table and chairs for two.
With this home's fabulous location, you are perfectly poised for endless exploration of this one-of-a-kind mountain town. Walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and nearby City Park, you are also mere minutes from the Main Street Historic District, which is home to the Sundance Film Festival, as well as numerous shops, breweries, galleries, and restaurants. Near biking and hiking trails, including Gambel Oak Trail, you can also easily make use of the area's many outdoor recreation offerings.
This home is a short, 5-minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort, which boasts shops, restaurants, and year-round activities at the resort base. You are also well within walking distance to nearby City Park with its sports courts and fields and skate park. Less than 5 minute drive to Main Street, you are also just two blocks from a Park City Free Bus stop at 11th and Park. The Park City Free Bus can connect you to numerous routes spanning all of Park City, including the Deer Valley area. Uber/Lyft are also available.
Guest will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces as well as parking for one vehicle in front of the building. Please note that a vehicle is not really needed since DT, shops, restaurants, ski lifts are close and also the grocery store is a 10-minute walk away.
Please note that like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please also note that there are 14 steps to the entrance of this home.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
