Space


Ideal for those seeking a perfectly-situated hub for exploring all that Park City has to offer, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps seven provides ample space and comfort for your endless Park City adventures. Located just one block from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, you can spend your day in the mountains hiking shredding powder or shooting down the Alpine Slide and then return home to this inviting space to kick back and relax by the fire while you recount your epic outings. From the moment you enter, your comfort and convenience is top of mind with a bench, laundry facilities and hooks for your outdoor gear and a spacious, full-size bathroom with a double sink vanity should you need to wash up sooner than later. A useful shower/tub combo completes the bathroom, which is both attached to a bedroom and is just off of the main hallway/common spaces. Make your way to the roomy kitchen/living/dining area where you will find a stately wood table with seating for six that is ideal for digging into a meal or playing a favorite game. The nearby kitchen space is bright and beautiful with white finishes, stainless steel appliances and a bar space with seating for four that makes for easy serving or dining from the kitchen. Even as you whip up a delicious recipe or grab a snack, you are central to the fun in the neighboring living and dining areas, making it easy to stay central to it all even as you craft your latest culinary creation. The cozy living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace flanked by nature views that make for easy ambience. A leather couch, sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and media center with a flat-screen TV complete the space, making for an inviting place to unwind with your loved ones as you warm up by the fire or take in a show on the 50" Vizio Smart TV. The sofa pulls double duty as a sleep space, pulling out into a queen-size pull out bed when you’re ready to tuck in for a night of rest. A patio just off of the living area has seating for three and is a lovely place to take in some fresh, mountain air or the beauty of Park City. You can also access this beautiful outdoor space from the master bedroom, located just off of the living room. The lovely master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, cozy armchair, flat-screen TV and DVD player and an ensuite bathroom in addition to its patio access making for a restful retreat when you’re ready to drift off to sleep. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink vanity, closet space and a tiled, walk-in shower. The airy second bedroom makes the most of its space with a twin-over-queen size bunk bed that comfortably sleeps three, a cozy armchair where you can relax and unwind and a TV with cable access. Attached to the full-size bathroom off of the hallway, this room also connects to the dining area making for easy access when you’re ready for bed. Neighborhood


This condo is perfectly situated in the heart of all that Park City has to offer. Just blocks from Park City Mountain Resort, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun adventures during your vacation getaway. You can go from your front door to the Payday Express Lift or Resort Center Ice Skating Rink in minutes. In the summer months, don't forget to check out Park City's Alpine Slide or Roller Coaster for a one-of-a-kind experience. You are also a short walk to the City Park, which has sports fields and a playground, and a quick, 6-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, with its many boutiques, shops, restaurants and entertainment offerings.

Transit


You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's sought-after location in the heart of all the action in Park City. Park City Mountain Resort is only a couple of blocks away and will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City -- a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. There are also FREE bus lines on the Park City Transit buses, with the 14th Street and Park City Mountain stops within a 2-minute walk from the condo, and will bring you to all of the main attractions in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also an excellent choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire home, patio space, the shared hot tub, and a single parking space in the parking garage. Additional parking is available in the parking lot, but is first come, first served.

Notes


Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are some portable fans in the home for your use, if needed. Please note that guests will now have the ability to use Smart TV apps and other streaming options (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc.) in the living room's 50" Vizio Smart TV. Please note that we only provide an initial bundle of wood and fire starters for the fireplace. After which, guests should buy their firewood and fire starters for additionals. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
