Located in Blue River, this home offers a serene wooded setting with quick access to Breckenridge and nearby trailheads. The Spruce Creek Trailhead is just a 5-minute drive and leads to Continental Falls and Mohawk Lake—favorites among locals. In just 6 minutes, you can be on Main Street enjoying boutique shops, restaurants, or the gondola to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Whether it’s winter skiing or summer hiking, this home is perfectly positioned for every season.
While surrounded by nature, the home is only a 6-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and public transportation. Guests can walk 0.3 miles to the Rustic Terrace stop on the FREE Summit Stage Blue River Commuter line. From Main Street, the Breck Free Ride and Main Street Trolley make navigating the town effortless. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the deck, patio, hot tub, and driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the home is near the highway and guests may sometimes hear traffic noise.

Great and convenient location! A moose came to visit and the yard was filled with mtn wild flowers. So beautiful! The neighbors are close but you still have a ton of privacy. The house was perfect!

Great place just off of hwy 9. We stayed here to hike Quandary and it was only ten minutes from the trailhead. Clean and larger than it looks in the pics. Very clean and well organized.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate one of the most important moments of our lives. My wife and I chose this home as our retreat and home base for our Breckenridge elopement, and it exceeded every expectation. The cabin strikes the perfect balance between privacy, comfort, and mountain charm. Tucked away in a peaceful setting yet only a short drive from downtown Breckenridge, it gave us the quiet escape we were looking for while still being close to everything we needed. The home was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. After long days exploring the mountains and celebrating our wedding, it was the perfect place to unwind, relax, and simply enjoy the beauty of Colorado together. Every detail made it feel like a true mountain retreat. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful base for outdoor adventures, or even a special place to celebrate a milestone like we did, we cannot recommend this property highly
