The Spruce Creek Trailhead is just a 5-minute drive and leads to Continental Falls and Mohawk Lake—favorites among locals. In just 6 minutes, you can be on Main Street enjoying boutique shops, restaurants, or the gondola to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Whether it’s winter skiing or summer hiking, this home is perfectly positioned for every season.
While surrounded by nature, the home is only a 6-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and public transportation. Guests can walk 0.3 miles to the Rustic Terrace stop on the FREE Summit Stage Blue River Commuter line. From Main Street, the Breck Free Ride and Main Street Trolley make navigating the town effortless. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the deck, patio, hot tub, and driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the home is near the highway and guests may sometimes hear traffic noise.

We had the best time while staying in the home, was very spacious clean and homely. Hot tub was a hit and also got to see a few Moose walking passed as a bonus!!!! We will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Came here on a ski trip with some friends. The house worked out perfect and was only a short drive into town. Loved the hot tub after skiing and overall had a great experience.
