Situated just minutes away from the entertainment of Tahoe City and within walking distance to beaches, this fully equipped studio will have everything you need for your Tahoe getaway. Located above the detached garage, the studio features a cozy and inviting layout providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will be impressed by the beautiful and modern interior and the abundance of natural light that fill the space from the large windows. The entire studio boasts beautiful woodwork including exposed wood beams and wood cabinetry that warms up the space and adds a special charm to the studio. Feel right at studio at this stylish retreat! When you arrive in the studio you will first come to the entryway that includes coat hooks and space to store your outdoor gear keeping it clutter free. Directly off the entryway is the open layout featuring the kitchen/dining/living room and bedroom. Step into the fully equipped kitchen where you will find a full range of appliances and all the basic cookware the chef in your group needs to prepare a delicious meal. Next to the kitchen you will find a table with seating for 4 making it easy to bring fresh dishes straight from the oven to the table. The open layout of the studio seamless flows from the kitchen into the living room and bedroom area. In the living room/bedroom you will find a stylish blue couch located at the foot of the bed with a lovely wood coffee table in front of it. A mounted 42” smart TV is located on the wall across from the couch and bed with a tall dresser underneath. From this space you can step out the french patio doors and onto the step-out balcony where you can take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding the studio. When you are ready to tuck in for the night you will find a comfortable king-size bed to tuck into with nightstands on either side. From bed you can enjoy the view out the large windows, or curl up for a movie night from the mounted TV. A tall dresser is located underneath the TV providing additional storage space in the room. Conveniently tucked just off the living room/bedroom is the studio’s full bathroom that boasts a modern style with a slate countertop single-sink vanity that includes under the sink storage space, and a gray tiled shower with a glass door. For those traveling in bigger groups the studio includes a queen-bed and a twin-bed for additional sleeping accommodations. This beautiful studio is in an incredible location for those looking to enjoy easy access to Tahoe City. Located just off a main road you will be in the perfect location for enjoying the nature of the area all while being right by Tahoe City and beaches. During the summer months, you are in a prime location just a quick walk to Commons Beach, a beautiful sandy beach where you can enjoy swimming and water activities, or bring a picnic to enjoy in one of the many picnic/BBQ areas. And in the winter you are only 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoes and 12 minutes from Homewood Ski Resorts. Looking for a little less outdoor activity on your vacation? The home is a short 3-minute drive to Tahoe City where you will find great shopping, a small movie theater, outdoor concerts, a farmer’s market, grocery stores, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
Situated just outside of Tahoe City this studio is centrally located off HWY 28 making it easy to quickly get around the area. There are several public transportation TART stops that can be reached by walking from the studio, however, please note the walk would be along a busy main road with a high volume of traffic. For those that plan on utilizing public transportation, a 10-minute walk will take you to a TART stop at Hwy 28 at Tahoe City Inn connecting you to all of Tahoe’s recreation through public transportation. The central location off of HWY 28 provides quick access to the beautiful surrounding areas for those with a rental vehicle. Jump in the car and explore all over North Tahoe, Tahoe City is just a 3-minute drive away, the beautiful Common’s Beach is just a 2-minute drive, or head North to Kings Beach which can be reached in 16 minutes, and Truckee is a 24-minute drive. In the winter time enjoy being only 15 minutes from the Olympic Valley Ski Resort and 22 minutes from NorthStar Ski Resort. Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.
Guests will have access to the entire studio as well as one parking place in the driveway. Please note that the studio is above the garage and there is a private single-family home up 10 flights of stairs completely separate from the studio. The home and the studio share a hallway. The single-family home is not available for guest use.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
