This home is in an incredible location, within walking distance of everything Breck has to offer. You can be on the slopes in no time, with two lifts just a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola, just 3 blocks from the home, connects you to Peaks 7 and 8. The Snowflake lift is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get on the slopes. Breckenridge Ski Resort, 2.5 miles away, offers five peaks and great après-ski dining. Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk, filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Take a scenic stroll along the Blue River Recreation path, which is lined with trees and runs parallel to Main Street’s charming shops and eateries. This well-located home is situated right on the free Breck Free Ride shuttle line, with the Sawmill Road stop on the Gold Express Route just a two-minute walk from the house. From here, you can easily connect to multiple bus routes that take you anywhere you need to go in Breckenridge. You’re also within walking distance of the town’s main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and bustling Main Street. Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can catch the free trolley—an ideal way to explore downtown Breckenridge. Or, quickly access the ski slopes via the BreckConnect Gondola, just blocks from the home, which takes you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, a private ski locker, a shared hot tub, a seasonal pool, and a shared laundry facility. Additionally, they will have access to one designated parking space.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please note that the pool is available only during the summer season and closes in late September. The hot tub is typically closed for about two weeks in October for cleaning due to the constant falling leaves. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We very much enjoyed this place. The host/host service was very communicative on the App. The place was as advertised and had all the necessary appliances and accessories needed for the kitchen and living spaces. Definitely would come back here and recommend it for anyone visiting Breck.

The unit is exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the gondola to take to the mountain from the driveway of the complex. You can ski back to town and then it is a couple of minute walk back to the unit. Loved that we could ski in and out. We walked to downtown a couple of times which took no more than 5 minutes. We will definitely be back!
