Whether you are planning a retreat for summer or winter, you can't go wrong with this incredible space, conveniently situated between the Park City Golf Course and one of the best ski resorts in Park City.
This beautifully-appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is the perfect gateway to mountain adventures for your next family retreat. Situated in an incredible location, you are sure to come back from your outdoor adventures with many wonderful memories to share. Upon entrance to the home, hang up your coats in the entryway with plenty of space for your gear. Turn up the heat with the indoor gas fireplace, and feel the warmth radiate throughout the home. Relax on the plush sofa and armchair seating in the family room as you unwind from your adventurous day. Stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV, as you snuggle up with blankets next to your loved ones. The chef in your group will adore the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space. Whip up a delicious classic recipe, or try out a new vacation meal to celebrate your time in Park City. Keep the cook company with the barstool seating for up to 3. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the dining area while sharing exciting stories of your time on the slopes. A bbq grill is available during your stay in the private outdoor patio, where the master griller of the group can show off their exquisite skills. Take in the spectacular views of the Park City Mountain Resort during the day while gazing at the twinkling stars at night. During winter, take on world-class ski runs as you grab your ski gear and cross the road to the nearest lifts. For a night of peaceful rest, the master suite on the main floor boasts a lovely king-size bed, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a modern walk-in shower. The second bedroom, on the upper level of the condo, features a beautiful king-size bed, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a flat-screen TV, and a work desk. The third bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable queen-size beds, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a table with seating for 3, and a large flat-screen TV. There is a shared full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with a shower/tub combo. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom, on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay. STR Permit Number: B-015939

Main Street Historic District is a short 11-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Resort base across the street from the condo, unlimited adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple routes are available on the FREE bus system with the Snowflower bus stop directly across the street from the condo and will take you to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home, private outdoor patio, community hot tub, and pool. You will also have access to 1 free parking on the premises.
This home has central heat and air conditioning available during your stay. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

Excellent, spacious place, but most importantly, it is right across the street from the mountain base lifts. It was literally 68 steps from where I took my skis off (below First Time lift) to the back door of the condo at the end of the day: The best combo of great place and great location we've ever found at a ski mountain
