We were a group of 2 families with a total of 3 kids, and this house was excellent for our snow trip. The games were a lot of fun to rally around, the upstairs and downstairs living areas created ample space for different activities, or hang outs. We didn't get to explore much, as we got seriously snowed in. Even thorough it was overall great- something to watch out if you plan to stay in winter months: 1: The driveway is steep, and curved- making for a tricky drive up/down when snowy or icy. 2: While VR will send a tractor to plow the driveway itself, the town is responsible for the road to the house through the estates. VR plowed out the driveway- but we were still stuck until the road was cleared- which was far longer a wait. 3: the thermostat is on the 3rd floowr. I you have the fireplace on, it will impact the thermostat- and the lower floors are much colder. You need to use the space heaters provided, and depend on the fireplace on the lower level for warmth.
