Guests have access to the full home, including the private hot tub, gas grill, deck, and in-unit laundry. Owners closet is locked. Guests are also allowed to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for additional daily fees.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. We stayed here for our ski weekend. It was very nice and clean. The ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms was very comfortable and everyone fit/had their own space. We loved the hot tub and the grill. Host communication proactive and appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking for a retreat away with friends or family!

I’ve been using AirBnB since 2013, and this is the 2nd year in a row we’ve been in the Tahoe area over Christmas. This was without a doubt the BEST experience we’ve had.\n\nThe property was exactly as shown, beautiful inside/out, clean, well-stocked and cozy. We had 10 guests and it fit us all perfectly. We loved being able to use the hot tub, and the kitchen was capable of handling a home-made Christmas meal for 10. It was also an easy 10 min drive down to Truckee, which is such a cute and lively little town.\n\nThe hosts were incredible, full-stop. A snowstorm dumped 4ft of snow, snowing us in for 3 days, and the power went out (400 homes affected). The hosts were responsive, supplied emergency firewood and candles, monitored the situation, had a crew come clear a path in the driveway, and even dropped off a bucket of salt when we needed it the most.\n\nI would recommend this property, and likely any property run by LocalVR Tahoe. Thank you for making our Christmas all the more memorable.
