For family fun, head to Heavenly Epic Discovery for zip lines, a mountain coaster, and scenic gondola rides. A vehicle is recommended to fully experience everything the region has to offer, from hidden beaches to scenic mountain trailheads. Our property provides 4 convenient, uncovered parking spaces directly in the front driveway. For alternative transportation, local bike paths run throughout South Lake Tahoe, and water taxi services are available during the peak summer months.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house, including the fully equipped kitchen, private over-the-water deck, patio area, and the private boat dock. Free parking is provided on site for up to 3 vehicles in the front driveway.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. The homeowners may access their boat on the private dock during guest stays. Please note there is no open boat slip at this property Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Under the City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Home Rental (VHR) guidelines and local ordinance, children five and under are excluded from the maximum occupancy count. Under updated local regulations, up to five children aged 13 and under are generally not counted toward the adult guest cap.

What a perfect location for a family trip! The house had enough space for all, beautiful to sit outside and look at the stars at night. So much to do - kayaking, Pickleball, hiking, Zipline, gambling. We made many great memories. Thank you so much.
