Winter guests can ski or snowboard, while summer visitors enjoy hiking, boating, and exploring nearby beaches.
A car is recommended for getting around. While there is no public transportation directly serving the home, most major attractions — including Heavenly and Lake Tahoe Blvd — are within a 5-minute drive.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including private amenities: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, theater, and game room. Parking available for 10 vehicles — 2 in garage and 8 in the driveway.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Outdoor sink near grill will not be available during the winter season - October 15th to June 1st There are security cameras around the front entrance of the home (garage and front door).

We use the house for our company offsite. We had a great time, enjoyed cooking together in the large kitchen, we liked that all the rooms had en-suites, we played games in the main room. Lots of room and amenities for the 20 of us!
