Situated in the west end of town, this location provides easy access to the San Miguel River Trail, scenic hiking networks, and mountain biking paths. The surrounding box canyon becomes a lush backdrop for outdoor exploration, whether you are trekking to Bear Creek Falls or taking in sweeping valley views. Telluride Town Park and historic Main Street come alive with world-renowned summer events, including the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Film Festival, and weekly farmers markets. Explore boutique shopping, outdoor patio dining, and local craft breweries, or take a scenic ride on the free gondola to explore alpine trails and summer activities in Mountain Village.
Getting around Telluride during summer is convenient and pedestrian-friendly. The free Galloping Goose bus stops right outside the building, taking you across town and to local trailheads without the need to drive. The San Miguel River Trail is just a short walk away for continuous walking or biking along the water, and the free gondola provides scenic aerial transit between Telluride and Mountain Village.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, private patio, shared outdoor pool, shared 10-person hot tub, and unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the west parking lot.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that the gondola and chondola run seasonally, they might be closed due to repairs outside of our control. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
