This charming studio boasts an unbeatable location that is truly a dream for any mountain lover. Just steps from the Peru Express Chairlift and Mountain House base area, you can ski in/ski out from this apartment with ease, or take advantage of the myriad of outdoor and leisure options that surround you. The studio home is a dynamic and efficient space, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. When you enter the home you will arrive in the entryway where you will find a coat rack, bench, and storage shelves available for unloading gear before you settle into the home. Off the entryway, the studio’s full bathroom is immediately to your right for easy access. The bathroom features a spacious single-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space and a shower/bathtub combo. From the bathroom, you will come into the kitchen which makes efficient use of the space and includes cabinet and counter space, as well as a range of appliances. Equipped with basic cookware, a crockpot, a blender, and a two-burner glass cooktop, you can whip up tasty treats to keep you fueled for all your mountain adventures. Continue on into the main living space where you will find a tall wood dining table that is perfect for snacking, digging into a meal, or playing a game of cards. The table features two stylish bar stools and an additional two stools with no backs that can be used for extra seating. Across from the table is the living room, where you will find a space decorated with a ski lodge theme that adds to the charm of the home. The living room boasts a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a 40” TV where you can cuddle up and rest up while taking in a show after a day of adventuring. Along the back wall of this space are two soaring windows overlooking the trees, with a ski chair-themed wood chair tucked next to the windows. Next to the chair is a large cabinet where you will find a range of board games and cards as well as a few books. When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening, the queen-size bed is situated next to the sofa, where you will find a bedside table on either side for added comfort to store your smaller personal items. For groups that need more space, the sofa doubles as a pullout king-size bed, this efficient use of space allows you to sleep as many as four in this cozy home. After a day of mountain adventures, return to this cozy home to relax or hang out in the updated shared outdoor space that features a large patio area with BBQ and patio furniture overlooking the slopes and two hot tubs. This ski-in/ski-out condo offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone, with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. You are just across the street from the Keystone Discovery ski lift, which is a great lift for families to practice their skills. A quick 6-minute drive will take you to the River Run Gondola parking where you can leave your car and jump onto the lift that will take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, Peru Express is also just a half-mile from the home making it within walking distance, or quick minute drive away. The location of this home ensures you are just minutes away from being out on the slope! After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafés, and shops.
Just across the street from this home, you will find a stop for the FREE shuttle, easily connecting you to all of the Keystone. The shuttle runs on the silver, yellow, purple, and blue route connecting you to Keystone Resort and the several lifts in the area. Or, explore Keystone on foot, or drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in under 10 minutes. During the winter months, you are just a minute’s drive away from the Peru Express lift and less than 10 minutes from the River Run Gondola parking, both options will get you out on the slopes in no time. You are also within a 30-minute drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is an 11-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 14 minutes and Frisco is a 20-minute drive. From this home, you can be in Breckenridge in under 30 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes. Public transport is also an option, with the Summit Stages FREE bus' Rasor Drive bus stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route located a 15-minute walk from the home. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and a parking spot with a parking pass in the shared parking garage. Guests will also have access to shared amenities such as two hot tubs, a large patio area with tables and a BBQ, and a laundry facility.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
