Nestled in Mountain Village, this location offers direct access to Telluride’s premier ski slopes and hiking trails. Steps from the Chondola and main gondola, enjoy quick, scenic rides into downtown Telluride. Mountain Village Core features restaurants, shops, and après-ski spots all within walking distance. In winter, hit the slopes right from your door. In summer, explore alpine trails, bike paths, and local festivals.
The free gondola system connects Mountain Village and downtown Telluride, eliminating the need for a car. Paid parking is available in the area, and everything in Mountain Village is easily accessible by foot or shuttle.
Guests have full access to the unit, shared rooftop hot tub, private ski locker, garage parking space, and on-site laundry. Access codes and detailed instructions are provided before arrival.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

We loved this residence. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location is amazing. Management was quick to respond to the few inquiries we had. The hot tub under the stars was a big bonus. Our family and kids had an amazing time.

Our stay at this condo was truly exceptional! The location couldn't be better—steps away from scenic hiking trails and convenient gondola access to Telluride. The property itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with incredible mountain views, comfortable bedrooms, and modern amenities including large smart TVs and a cozy gas fireplace. Multiple restaurants at our finger tips, made meals easy for our stay. The rooftop hot tub was a highlight, perfect after a long day exploring trails. Communication was seamless, with clear instructions provided for everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an unforgettable alpine summer getaway!

Four of us stayed for four nights and had a great time. The residence is as described and the location is great. We were able to eat and drink around Mountain Village, ride the Gondola to Telluride and never have to use a vehicle to get around once we were there. I'd highly recommend this unit and look forward to coming back in the future.
