Guests have access to the entire home and shared amenities like the hot tub, community pool, and fitness center. You'll also have access to one parking spot in the underground garage. Please note, parking is first come, first served, and guests must display their parking tags.
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. While the skiing was not the greatest at Park City all the amenities that are included with this condo made our stay enjoyable. It is indeed, ski-in and ski out. We could walk just a few feet to the lift, we walked into town, relaxed in the hot tub and pool and enjoyed the view from the deck. This unit had everything we needed and was well equipped beyond our needs. Everything worked and the instructions were detailed for location and use. The managers at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We never had to move our car that was protected in the underground parking. We will be back... Thanks for your hospitality!
