Located in the heart of Mountain Village, guests are within walking distance to lifts, dining, and shopping. In winter, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Telluride Ski Resort. Warmer months offer hiking, festivals, and mountain biking. A scenic gondola ride connects Mountain Village with downtown Telluride for year-round fun.
Easily access nearby lifts and attractions by foot or via the free gondola that connects Mountain Village to Telluride. On-site garage parking is available for 1 vehicle.
Guests have full access to the entire condo, private garage, patio, laundry room, and hot tub. Shared access to the building's fitness center.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please note that there is currently construction going on during the summer and fall periods. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Condo was beautiful, location could not have been better. Large enough for 2 families, underground garage, ski locker in hallway for storage. 4bed/4 bath. Great communication from host company.
