Space


This home has an unbeatable location at the literal base of the iconic Park City Mountain Resort and is situated just minutes from the historic Main Street and Old Town districts. You can spend your days exploring this fabulous area and then return here to find all of the comforts of home. Walk down to the main level, strap on your ski boots and skis and you’re all set. You can ski to the chair lifts and then ski back home to this lovely space with ease when the day is done. This striking condo boasts an updated kitchen, two private balconies, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a loft that can sleep up to eight total.  Enter into the entryway of this home and continue straight ahead into the stately master bedroom. This spacious space boasts a king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, a large dresser topped with a smart, flat-screen TV with cable, access to a private balcony with views of Park City Mountain Resort, and a full, en suite bathroom. This hotel-like space makes it easy to wash up, tuck in, and unwind after your day’s excursions with views of the mountains or queuing up a favorite show. The full, en suite bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a toilet room with a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door.  Just to the left of the entryway, you will find the doorway to the open-concept kitchen and dining room. Here you will find the beautiful, updated kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinet space, and a roomy bar/serving area with seating for four. The chef in your group will be delighted to find that this kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a crockpot to a coffee maker and enjoys an open view of the living room, so they can tackle a recipe without missing a thing. The kitchen bar with seats for four makes for easy dining and snacking, but there is a dedicated dining table with seating for two just off of the kitchen in the living area.  The living room makes for the ideal place to kick back, relax and recount the day’s events with a leather armchair and sofa, ottoman/coffee table, end tables with lamps, stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, and access to a private patio. Here you can make use of the patio table and chairs for two, where you can sip your coffee or hot cocoa and take in the activities on the mountain or simply enjoy the views and fresh air.  Back inside, you will find the second, full bathroom located just off of the kitchen and living room at the bottom of the stairs to the loft and second bedroom. This bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a fully-tiled shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door and is ideally located for use from both the living spaces and bedrooms.  Upstairs, find the dynamic loft space with a stylish, tufted twin-size daybed with a twin trundle tucked underneath. A ceiling fan over the space ensures you won’t get too warm, while a chest, nightstand, and lamp complete the furnishings and make for a bedroom-like feel. The second bedroom is located off of the loft and makes the most of its generous size with two queen-size beds, a nightstand, sconce lighting, a ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an armoire with extra linens and blankets. This bedroom also has access to a private balcony, so you can take in the tranquil alpine setting or do some stargazing before drifting off to sleep.  Coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site and located on the third floor. You can find laundry detergent for your use during your stay under the kitchen sink.

Neighborhood


Park City is a veritable outdoor lover’s paradise in any season, and this home places you at the base of one of its most iconic landmarks - Park City Mountain Resort. Hit the slopes or skate at the Resort Center Ice Skating Rink during the winter or enjoy the resort’s many summer activities, from the zip line to the can’t-miss Alpine Slide and Coaster. Minutes from hiking at Armstrong Trail and Dawn’s Trail, you can also do some mountain biking or explore Park City’s historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, Egyptian Theater, and myriad shops, galleries, breweries, and restaurants.

Transit


This home’s stellar location truly places you within minutes of all that Park City has to offer - walking distance from Park City Mountain Resort, you are also a short, 4-minute drive to Main Street. You can be exploring Deer Valley within 8 minutes, the Utah Olympic Park in 12 minutes, or shopping the Outlets Park City in 13 minutes. If you want to take advantage of Park City’s FREE transit buses, walk the few steps to the PC Mountain stop on Lowell Ave in the Park City Mountain Resort base’s parking area. Here you can hop on a FREE Park City Transit Bus and find yourself connected to multiple lines spanning all of Park City. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire home - excluding the owners' closets - and two outdoor balconies, as well as parking for one in the underground parking garage. Please note that the vehicle height limit is 7 '4", and a parking pass is required for the garage parking. The parking pass will be provided in the unit. Kindly return this at the end of your stay to avoid any penalties.

Notes


This condo's Wi-Fi speed is up to 600 Mbps. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that to reach the unit, there are two sets of elevators (from the parking garage to the entrance of the lodge, and from the lodge entrance to the unit). There are 13 steps required to reach the second elevator.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
