Welcome to this 3 bedroom townhouse that enjoys thousands of acres of National Forest as its backyard with incredible mountain views! Spacious enough for groups of 6, this home is ideal for both families and friends visiting Breckenridge at any time of the year. Intermediate skiers can ski in/ski out to Peak 9 and the Burro Trail is directly accessible for hiking and biking. A private hot tub and sauna await after a day of adventure!
This townhouse is ideal for groups wanting to take advantage of everything Breckenridge has to offer! The three bedroom floor plan is ideal for families and friends looking to spend time together. The upper floor of the townhouse has two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, desk, reading chair, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The mountain views from the master bedroom are fantastic! The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The third bedroom is located on the lower level of the townhouse and it has a queen with a loft twin bed. Additionally, the sauna is located in the lower level bedroom and is big enough for 4 adults. The main floor of the townhouse is a great space for groups to spend time together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything a chef needs to prepare a meal and the dining room table has seating for six. There are four additional seats at the breakfast bar next to the dining table. The living room has great views of the mountains and a large, comfortable sectional sofa and gas fireplace. There is a large flat screen smart TV with a sound system, PlayStation 3, cable, ad Netflix. The living room is stocked with games and books for your enjoyment. On the main floor of the house you will also find a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Also, there is access to the back patio from the kitchen. The back patio has an outdoor dining table, Weber natural gas grill, hammock, and a private hot tub. The National Forest backs up to the patio and there is direct access to the Burro Trail during hiking and biking weather and ski in/ski out access to Peak 9 for intermediate skiers. The outdoor space and location of the townhouse are amazing! The townhouse has a one car heated garage with plenty of room to store your gear. There is outdoor parking available for an additional 2 cars. The town of Breckenridge is a five minute drive away! Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. This townhome is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood, which is a great starting point for hiking and mountain biking; during the summer you can hike on the nearby Burro, Glacial Pass, Peak 10, or Peak 8 trails. During the winter season intermediate skiers can ski in/out if the weather permits. The private and serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a fantastic Breck vacation getaway for friends or families!
The best way to get to town is to drive. It only takes around 5 minutes to get to main street. You can also hike to town, which takes about 20 minutes. The hike back is uphill though! Breckenridge has a free public bus, but it only takes you to the bottom of the hill. Uber and Lyft are available if needed.

You'll have easy access to the place with coded entry to check in and out at your convenience. Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. Your reservation includes lodging sales tax of 12. 275% Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! A baby gate to block access to the stairs is available. It is stored in the laundry room. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Wow, looks like it was remodeled last week. So fresh and new and clean. The remote control blinds were a nice touch. We came on the worst snow year in decades so the shuttle was our only option. And it was clean easy and on time. I usually hate shuttles and this was no problem.

Unit was clean and very well stocked. Heated bathroom floors, automatic shades and easy to open windows, sauna and hot tub were easy to figure out, fireplace, fans, plenty of laundry pods- just so many positives with this unit. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. One room (2 beds) weren’t even used. A+ experience for our first family ski trip.

If you’re looking for a ski-in/out place to enjoy the slopes at Breckenridge, this home provides a next-level retreat! From top-tier finishes in every room, to individual vaporizers for the bedrooms, to a pristine, private hot tub (with a stock of striped, beach towels ready for you as you exit to the deck), to luxury duvets, to a sauna room in the basement—your every need will be met! This home also offers the most idyllic ski-in/out experience. We literally walked across a section of driveway, popped on our skis, and followed a single-wide trail through the woods, over two little bridges, and alongside a creek before ending right at two lifts with access to tons of groomed Breckenridge trails. The ski-in option comes off of Peak 10 and takes you through a wooded wonderland and across a glade—right back to the house. All of this depends on snow-coverage/conditions, but even with this year’s low snowfall, ski-in access was available. A shuttle stop is available as a back-up plan too!
