Welcome to our spacious, Ski-In/Out Cedars townhouse! This 2 BDR townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is a perfect place to enjoy a Breckenridge vacation anytime of the year! You will have access to the nearby Upper Village pools & hot tubs and the location allows you to take advantage of the proximity to Main St, nearby ski lifts and hiking trails that are all within walking distance! You are just steps away from the Quicksilver Chairlift and Ski School at Peak 9!
This 2-bedroom, 3 bathroom Cedars townhouse has an ideal layout and is incredibly spacious for groups of 8. Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub, and access to a private patio. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The main floor is a split-level featuring the kitchen and half bathroom on one level, and the living room and fireplace on the other. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook in the comfort of home. There is plenty of seating for your group as well with a couple of breakfast bar seats and a dining table with seating for six. The bathroom is located off of the kitchen and it has a small walk-in shower. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone in your group. One sleeper sofa is full sized and the other is a queen sized sleeper sofa. The entrance to the condo is located off of the living room. The covered garage is accessed directly from the living room. There is parking for one car in the covered garage and another spot in the common parking area for free. There is a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen that guests can use throughout their stay. Lastly, guests will have access to the Upper Village pools and hot tubs. Getting to the slopes is easy with Beaver Run just a couple hundred yards up the road. There is also a Breck Free Ride bus stop at the entrance of Valdoro Mountain Lodge, which is across the street from Cedars. The bus stop is on the Grey Route Southside and it will take you to Beaver Run and the gondola. Hiking trails are a quick walk away for those visiting in the non-winter months. When the weather is nice you can walk to Main Street in less than 10 minutes.
The Breckenridge Free Ride bus is the best way to get around town. There is a bus stop right by the entrance to Valdoro Mountain Lodge, which is across the street from Cedars. The bus will take you to Beaver Run, the gondola, and other parts of town. Uber/Lyft is also available.
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, 1 garage parking space, 1 parking space in the common parking area.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay so much! We were there to ski and were overjoyed to see that as you walk out the front door, just a few steps down a walkway and across a little bridge over a burbling brook, we were able to snap on our skis and ski down to the Quicksilver Chair Lift for peak 9 at Breckenridge. It is a perfect ski in/ski out location. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover that it was a short walk into town to eat and shop. The host was quick to respond to messages and was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! We had the best time. This rental is in an excellent spot, right next to the lift. Kitchen appliances have been updated which was good. Nice balcony, garage, and clean. Everything we could ask for, for a great weekend of skiing.
