A personal vehicle—preferably equipped with 4-wheel drive or snow chains—is strongly recommended for navigating winter mountain roads and accessing nearby ski resorts. There is no direct public bus stop adjacent to the building, making a car the most dependable option for winter travel. On-site visitor parking is available in the shared outdoor lot with the required HOA parking pass.
Guests will have access to the entire 3rd-floor condo, private balcony, and unassigned on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles in the shared surface parking lot with the provided HOA parking pass.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. This is a 3rd-floor unit with 25 stairs to the entry and no elevator.
