Welcome to our Seagrove Beach vacation rental, a spacious 4-bedroom retreat tucked in Greenway Park. With a thoughtful layout and family-friendly features—including a bunk room and 4 king beds—this home is ideal for relaxing, recharging, and making lasting memories near 30A.
The Space Location perks: Scenic 30A bike path (0.1 miles), Greenway Park Pool (0.2 miles), Seagrove Beach (2.2 miles), Seaside Town Center (3.0 miles), Publix at WaterColor Crossings (3.0 miles) Interior: — Kitchen (drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, blender, cooking utensils, tableware) — 6 Smart TVs (up to 75”) with Roku — Samsung soundbar (living room) — Central heat and A/C — Free WiFi — 2,342 sq. ft. Exterior: — Patio — Gas grill — On-site parking for 2 cars (driveway only, no garage access) Floor Configuration Main floor: Kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 bedroom (king bed), 1 en-suite bathroom, half bathroom Second floor: 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds, an additional living space including 2 sets of twin bunk beds (no door or closet in this room), 2 full bathrooms - 1 is a en suite with bedroom 2 and the other is a jack and jill attaching bedrooms 3 and 4.
Located in Greenway Park just off 30A, our home sits in a laid-back Seagrove neighborhood known for its charming cottages and quiet streets. Bike to Seaside or explore the nearby sugar-sand beaches and dune lakes. This central location offers easy access to local eateries, boutique shopping, and the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest.
A car is recommended, but many top spots are easily accessible by bike or foot. The 30A scenic bike path is just 0.1 miles away, and local rental companies offer bikes and golf carts for added convenience. There is no public shuttle in Seagrove.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private patio, grill, and driveway parking. The shared Greenway Park community pool is a short walk away access details will be provided before your stay.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to go to the beaches, you are responsible for checking beach conditions and public access rules. Please note Seasonal pool heating available (maintained between 50°F–85°F)

This is in my opinion a perfect spot in 30A. It’s tucked in the middle of anywhere you want to go but kind of a “hidden” gorgeous quaint quiet neighborhood. It’s exactly what I was looking for and the home is immaculate and beautiful. Definitely highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfect for a family or a group of friends or couples. Plenty of space, king sized beds, beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend! We will definitely be back!
