This professionally decorated condominium, with new interior paint, windows and shiplap, has been designed with your comfort in mind. It sleeps 4 comfortably, featuring a luxury queen-sized bed in the private bedroom, built-in twin bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa, making this a perfect place for a weekend with friends, couples get away or family vacation. HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION - Located on the north side of 30A - Easy walking distance to our infamous Emerald Coast beach (5 minutes) - 2 Swimming pools (1 is heated in March) - Lighted tennis courts - Shuffleboard courts - Clubhouse - Community grills and picnic tables - On site laundry - Walking distance to Tom Thumb, short distance to Publix - Walking distance to some local shops and restaurants - 1.5 miles to Seaside BEACH ACCESS - Public access is an easy 5 minute walk from this property (beach chairs and wagon are included). - Beach set ups (2 chairs/umbrella) are available through South Walton Beach Guys. Information on discounts for bike & pontoon rentals as well as yacht charters will be provided in the welcome email after booking. The clubhouse will be closed until May 1st due to construction. The laundry room will not be open between the hours of 8am-5pm until May 1st due to construction. The laundry room is still accessible outside of these hours.

It was a perfect little space for our honeymoon! Was clean and exactly like the photos. The neighborhood area was private and peaceful, safe, close to the beach. The batteries for the remotes for the fans need replaced, other than that everything was perfect!
