This rustic 2-bedroom condo is located in the heart of historic downtown and is a unique and stylish space to call home while in Park City. You will love the unique details that make this home special from the exposed stone walls, double-sided fireplace, ambiance lighting, and modern finishes creating a cozy spot to recharge. Just a short walk from your front door and you can be enjoying the entertainment options of downtown, or head up to the slopes on Park City Town Lift.
Step into this home and soak up the mix of rustic and modern charm as you walk inside. The home boasts an exposed stone wall that will catch your eye as soon you come inside and is a unique detail that is featured throughout the home. When you enter the home, you will immediately come to the spacious living room and dining area. Instantly feel at home in this cozy space where you will find a large leather sectional couch providing plenty of space for your group to sit and relax. The couch is situated in front of the lovely wood-burning dual-sided fireplace that is also featured in the kitchen. The room is perfect for entertaining with a 65” mounted smart TV great for movie nights, or enjoying some rounds of Pac-Man on the two-player gaming console situated next to the couch. Additional seating is found throughout the room with two chairs, a large beanbag chair, and a bench, ensuring there is ample space for your group to spread out in this area. Decorative lights dangle over the entire living room, creating a fun and cozy ambiance in the space. Behind the couch is a 6 person dining table that serves as the dining area of the condo. Off of the living room, you will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a spacious kitchen island with four bar stools, and an additional tall table with seating for four. The dual-sided fireplace creates a cozy ambiance in the kitchen where you can warm up by the fire as you prepare dinner, or even enjoy your meal at the tall table located in front of the fireplace. When you’re ready to settle in for the night, you will find the two bedrooms located at the end of the hallway. The master bedroom is located furthest from the main living area, so you can enjoy a quiet and restful night. The bedroom features a well-designed combination of modern furnishing that compliments the exposed stone walls. The cozy room features a king-size bed with matching side tables and lamps, an oversized bead bag and chair, a dresser with a 50” mounted TV above, a spacious walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. The spacious master bathroom has a lovely table with marble countertops and a stool, providing a nice area to get ready for the day. The bathroom also features a single sink vanity, bathtub/shower combo with lovely tiles, and plenty of counter space and under-the-sink storage space to keep your items tidy. Right next to the master bedroom is the guest bedroom, which is set up as a bunk room. The stylish bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a bean bag chair, a mounted 32” TV, and two large closets with ample hangers and shelves. In the corner of the bedroom, you will find a small desk with a chair and lamp, providing a quiet workspace to keep up with any remote work if needed. Down the hallway from the bedrooms and just across from the kitchen, you will find another full bathroom. The bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a tiled freestanding shower. Next to the shared bathroom is the laundry room, where you will find a stacked washer and dryer, so you can comfortably stay up with any laundry needs while on vacation.
If you are looking for a home that is truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is the one for you! Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. A short 5-minute walk will take you to the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and on Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The condo is located a half-mile away from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.
With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are just a few steps away from the Swede and Main stop, and just a short walk away from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests have access to the entire condo as well as one assigned parking place. No parking pass is necessary to park.
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

Great place to stay in Park city. The location is unbeatable, just some steps down to main street with great shopping and dining. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed during our stay. Very spacious and our little one loved the pac-man machine! Would 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay at this airbnb. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and checkin instructions were great as well. The unit was clean and spacious and beds very comfortable. The main shower and bath were very nice as well. We cooked a little in the kitchen but it seemed very stocked. There's really nothing I'd say was missing - overall I would totally recommend you staying here!

Great place for family of 4 that wants to experience the town of park city and the slopes. Walking distance to town lift and fantastic restaurants. Game table was a plus and large family room was great for watching movies. Comfortable beds and a king in the master bedroom is a plus. I would stay again if traveling to Park City.
