Classic cabin ambiance permeates this one-of-a-kind home, which is ideally situated just a short walking distance from the base of Deer Valley Resort. With an open-concept kitchen/living/dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious private deck with a hot tub and gorgeous views of the slopes, you will find it an ideal base for your endless mountain adventures. As you make your way into the entryway of this home, you will find a mudroom space ideal for storing outdoor gear or your latest purchases. With plentiful hooks, convenient cubbies, a plush cushioned bench, and ample storage space, this area invites you to take a load off and make yourself at home from the moment you step in the door. Continue into the open-concept living/kitchen/dining area and find yourself transported into a sophisticated, western-style cabin full of inviting furnishings and rustic details. A striking river rock fireplace anchors the living area, where a spacious, leather sectional and ottoman styled with plush, fur-like blankets makes for an elegant and restful space where you can cuddle up and take in the fire’s warmth as you watch a favorite show on the large, flat-screen TV. Windows to the private, outdoor deck offer up lush nature views and let in lovely natural light during the day. When it’s time to whip up a favorite recipe or grab a snack, make your way to the lovely kitchen area, which boasts an island with bar seating for two, stainless steel appliances, wood finishes, and a tile backsplash. A large window over the kitchen sink brings outdoor charm in and keeps you connected to the beautiful views even as you clean up or craft your latest culinary creation. Ideally situated near both the living and dining areas, you can whip up a meal and not miss a thing as the open layout makes it easy to serve or socialize from the kitchen space. The elegant dining area features seating for four, a wine rack, and an antler chandelier. Nestled among windows, it provides a fabulous setting for your delicious meals or rousing rounds of games. A hallway between the living and kitchen area leads to the master bedroom, where the rustic, cabin-style ambiance continues with wood furnishings and paneling details as well as a cozy king-size bed, flat-screen TV, rustic chest, and a full, en suite bathroom. This restful retreat lends itself to relaxation and you will drift off to sleep dreaming of the adventures that await. The elegant, en suite master bathroom features a stunning glass bowl sink, lighted, extendable mirror, and a large, walk-in shower with beautiful tile work and a glass door making for a spa-like experience when it’s time to clean up. In the hallway to the master, you will find a convenient laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer for your use. There is also a second, full-size bathroom in this hallway off of the living/kitchen areas that also attaches to a second bedroom. Featuring a glass sink and a large, tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, this fabulous bathroom makes for easy access from the common spaces and the second bedroom. The second bedroom is accessed from this bathroom or a door in the entry hallway and boasts a cozy queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, attached bathroom, and classic, cabin-style decor. Off of the shared spaces, you will be delighted by the fabulous outdoor deck area with views of Deer Valley Pond and the slopes at nearby Deer Valley Resort. This incredible, private space features a hot tub, propane BBQ grill, and two dining/lounge areas that can both seat four. Fire up the grill and take in the abundant fresh air and views among the trees or melt your cares away in the hot tub. From grilling to entertaining to watching the snowfall to stargazing, you can do it all in this incredible outdoor oasis.

Neighborhood


This home’s incredible location places you within steps of the base of Deer Valley Resort, where you can take advantage of the world-class winter terrain by hitting the slopes or catch a concert at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater in the summer months. Explore the luxurious lodges, resorts, spas, and dining options that abound in this area or head to Park City’s historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where myriad restaurants, boutiques, and galleries are just a five minutes drive away.

Transit


This home places you in the heart of Deer Valley and situates you within easy walking distance from the base of the ski resort and its Carpenter Express or Silver Lake chair lifts. Should you prefer a ride to the lifts, the FREE Park City Transit bus system runs a route from a nearby stop on Deer Valley Drive that will take you to the mountain’s base. The transit bus system also connects you with all that Park City has to offer from unique breweries, restaurants, shops, galleries, and festivals to the historic district and two more ski resorts in the area. The FREE Main Street Trolley is a charming way to explore that area. Uber/Lyft is also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire home, the private deck with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and patio seating as well as parking for one vehicle in the space marked 107.

Notes


Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
