Our Luxury Mountain Escape boasts the most sought after floor-plan in Ridgepoint and has been completely updated! You'll love the light-filled open concept living area with vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and a gas fireplace! BEDROOMS Primary Bedroom - The large Master bedroom is on the main level and features a king bed and a luxurious new bathroom with a shower for two and separate dual vanities, a walk in closet and a small deck surrounded by gorgeous evergreens. Bedroom 2 - Adult sized bunkbed with twin XL on top and Queen on bottom, located on the main level. There is also a twin trundle bed and full bath across the hall. Bedroom 3 (loft) - King bed with ensuite 3/4 bathroom with shower. This bedroom is located upstairs in the loft, which has a half-wall on one side overlooking the main living area. Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with ensuite full bathroom stocked with hotel grade towels and toiletries for your convenience. Located on the main level. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Head up the front stairs into the main living area and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our living room has two giant leather sofas and a reclining chair, a warm fireplace and a brand new 75" flat screen SmartTV to stream all of your favorites - Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Pandora and more. There is a deck with a gas grill, bistro table and double rocker. Our new kitchen and bar area will exceed your expectations with all new appliances and plenty of cookware. You'll have seating for your whole group in the formal dining room, eat-in kitchen and at the wrap around kitchen bar. This area is the perfect spot to unwind sipping a cocktail or cup of hot cocoa while listening to your favorite tunes or playing one of our many board games. OUTSIDE SPACE Enjoy two private decks - one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. The living room deck offers a BBQ grill, bistro table, and gliding two-person chair. Master bedroom deck has two adirondack chairs for taking in the views. Both decks face trees in front of the very large, shared community hot tub and summer-only pool. Beaver Creek is a sophisticated mountain destination defined by world-class service and a charming, pedestrian-friendly village. In the winter, the resort is famous for its impeccably groomed slopes and the tradition of serving fresh-baked cookies at the base each afternoon. The village serves as a central hub for upscale dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment at the Vilar Performing Arts Center. During the summer, the landscape transforms into a lush playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy scenic lift rides, championship golf, and an extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails. With a year-round calendar of festivals, outdoor concerts, and seasonal events, there is always a vibrant activity to enjoy in this premier alpine setting.
A car is highly recommended for convenient travel to the nearby ski resorts and surrounding attractions. The property provides 2 parking spaces: 1 assigned and 1 visitor. While the golf course and some trails are within walking distance, public transportation in the immediate neighborhood is limited, making a vehicle the most efficient way to navigate the Vail Valley and nearby Beaver Creek.
Guests have access to the entire 3-level townhouse, including the private balcony and in-unit laundry. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles: 1 designated spot directly in front of the house and 1 additional vehicle in any of the visitor spaces marked VIS throughout the complex. Guests also have access to the shared community outdoor pool (summer only) and hot tub.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 18. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 19. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
