Guests have full access to the townhome, private deck, two balconies, and all Brockway Springs Resort amenities, including the year-round heated pool, private dock, gym, sauna, tennis & pickleball courts, and lakeside walking path.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that the shared amenities (shared pool, gym, sauna) will be closed from November 6 - 13, 2026. No A/C; Lake Tahoe’s cool climate keeps temperatures comfortable. Community pool and gym require a key card for entry. Guests must follow HOA parking rules.

The house is exactly as pictured. Very close to the lake, everything was walking distance. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is absolutely stunning. Well stocked kitchen, with everything you will need. The 3 bathroom was just perfect when the majority of the family is girls. Will definitely book again.
