On the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle line and near the Cabriolet ski lift, you will find this ideal home away from home from where you can explore this gorgeous area!
From the moment you enter and make your way upstairs to the main floor, you will be delighted by the truly fabulous, open-concept kitchen/living/dining area with its striking wood beams, stone and tile work, and abundant natural light. You are first greeted by the stunning kitchen, which features high-end finishes, a waterfall island/bar where you can seat and serve three, a beautiful tile backsplash throughout, and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with everything you need, the chef in your group will feel as though they’re on a movie set thanks to the luxurious feel of this space while its close proximity to the other shared spaces allows them to whip up a meal without missing out on the fun. The sophisticated dining area is situated just off of the kitchen and features a roomy dining table with seating for six as well as a bar area with a wine fridge for easy serving while you dine. Its ideal location between the kitchen and living spaces means you can dig into a meal, enjoy a snack or tackle a puzzle or game while staying central to it all. When you are looking to relax, look no further than the plush and inviting living room that has everything you need to unwind after a busy day. Featuring a roomy sectional sofa, oversized coffee table/ottoman where you can put up your feet, two cozy reading chairs, a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace with lovely stonework, lots of natural light and tree views, and stylish wood beams, you won’t be able to resist cuddling up by the fire in this fabulous space. Whether you are taking in a favorite show, enjoying the fire’s warmth, diving into your latest book, or simply reminiscing on your day’s adventures, you will feel right at home in this beautiful space. Just off of the living room, a quaint deck space boasts a propane BBQ grill, patio seating for two, and views of the ski slopes at nearby Canyons Resort through the trees. Fire up the grill, take in the mountain air or simply enjoy the tranquility of this lovely space surrounded by trees. Just off of the kitchen area, you will find a second, smaller living space courtesy of a charming room with a daybed that can serve as a couch or as a twin-size bed, turning this room into a bedroom, if needed. An attached bathroom boasts a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door and is easy to access from this bedroom or the kitchen and other shared spaces nearby. When you’re ready to drift off to sleep, head upstairs to the luxurious and hotel-like master suite that serves as a gorgeous and restful retreat, this room has it all - from a spacious king-size bed to a large, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, cushioned bench, dresser, reading chair and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has been remodeled with dual-sink vanity and a stunning, fully-tiled, walk-in shower with a glass wall/door making for a bright and spa-like experience when it’s time to wash up. Two more bedrooms are located downstairs from the entrance in a lovely basement space that keeps your comfort and convenience top-of-mind with a laundry/cleaning closet that is stocked with a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies as well as two mudroom cubbies with a bench and ample hooks for easy storage. Basement bedroom number one is loaded with charm and comfort thanks to a roomy, king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a full-length mirror, and an attached bathroom, with a single-sink vanity and shower/tub combo. A second basement bedroom down the hall makes for a fun bunk room and is full of modern, mountain charm with its two, twin-over-twin bunk beds decked out in plaid, a large dresser, and a flat-screen TV. A second bathroom is just off this bedroom in the hallway and boasts a single-sink vanity, shower/tub combo, and lots of closet space. At the clubhouse on Chalet Drive, guests will also have access to a shared pool and hot tub where they can swim or soak after a day of exploring.
This home is nestled in the heart of Canyons Resort, with easy access to the ski slopes at Canyons Resort and Canyons Village, with its myriad shopping and dining offerings. You can also explore the nearby Utah Olympic Park, home to the 2002 Olympic Games, or make your way into Park City, less than 10 minutes drive away with its historic Main Street and Old Town districts, where you will find endless breweries, shops, galleries, and restaurants to explore.
This home is a short, 10-minute walk from Canyons Village and is located on a FREE shuttle line - the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle - that will pick up guests and take them to the base of the ski resort and back. Multiple bus stops on Canyon Resort Drive also connect you to the entire FREE Park City Transit Bus system, which can get you to just about anywhere in this area. The FREE Main Street Trolley is also available once in Park City and is an iconic way to explore the historic area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as two parking spaces in front of the home, which includes a single space under the carport. There is also a shared pool and hot tub available for your use located in the clubhouse on Chalet Drive.
We love animals, but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic. Violating our pet policy may result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. Recreation Facility Hours: Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Winter (Thanksgiving to the 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Winter amenities include heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and dry sauna. Please be aware of clubhouse and pool rules (full details on our website). Important reminders: A pool pass is REQUIRED for access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna Absolutely NO GLASS, ALCOHOL OR SMOKING The guest limit is 10 guests per Townhome unit Please bring towels from your unit Red Pine Community: Rules and Regulations Pool and Clubhouse - No glass or alcohol: Prohibited items include glass bottles, alcohol in cans, and all other forms of alcohol - No smoking or vaping: Prohibited items include cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, cigars, joints, and all other smoking materials. As per the Utah Clean Air Act, smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building or recreational area -Pool passes are required for entry -Maximum pool guests for Townhomes: 10 people -All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times -Failure to abide by Pool and Clubhouse rules may result in loss of pool access. Red Pine Townhomes - Parking: Each unit has two parking spaces in their carport – one covered, one uncovered. - Residents must only park in the spaces connected to their own unit. - Vehicles may not be parked in front of dumpsters or on the street to allow for trash pickup and snow plowing. Trash - All waste (trash and recycling) must be placed in the appropriately marked bins. - Absolutely no furniture, appliances, or construction waste is permitted in the Red Pine dumpsters. These items must be hauled off property to a dump. Clubhouse notes: Please note that The Clubhouse will close for the season starting on Monday, April 22nd and will re-open Memorial Day Weekend for the summer. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
