Located in a peaceful residential area near the heart of Tahoe City, this home offers easy access to restaurants, trailheads, ski resorts, and the lake. In winter, enjoy skiing at nearby Palisades Tahoe or Granlibakken; in summer, explore scenic beaches, bike paths, and local farmer’s markets. The fenced yard is a rare find in Tahoe, adding comfort for families and pet owners alike.
A car is recommended for accessing area attractions. The home is just a 5-minute drive from downtown Tahoe City. There is no reliable public transit, but trails and beaches are nearby if you prefer to walk or bike.
Guests have full access to the home, fenced backyard, private hot tub, grill, laundry, and driveway parking for 3 vehicles. All amenities are private and not shared.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.

We absolutely loved this rental home! It's gorgeous with beautiful views! Very quiet and had lovely and comfortable accomodations. We would highly recommend and will absolutely stay there again if possible!

Rustic charm with all the amenities. Everything was in great working order and we had more than enough heat. Really enjoyed the giant windows, beautiful views, and of course the hot tub.

Great location near downtown with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The home has beautiful, unique architecture and feels very cozy. The heating worked well, and the hot tub with the night sky view was a great bonus. Highly recommend!
