This home is situated in a prime location within Panama City Beach, offering a peaceful environment with unmatched, unobstructed views of the beach. The area is known for its stunning emerald waters and sugar-white sand, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and coastal photography. During the summer, guests can enjoy endless water sports and community events along Front Beach Road. The winter season offers a quieter, serene atmosphere ideal for long beach walks. Nearby Rosemary Beach and Pier Park provide a variety of boutique shopping, local seafood dining, and entertainment options for all ages.
A car is recommended to fully explore the attractions of Panama City Beach and the nearby 30A communities. On-site parking is available for 3 vehicles, though guests must register their tag and unit number online via the link provided on signs throughout the premises. The beach is just a short walk of approximately 100 yards from your front door.
Guests will have access to the entire 1-story condominium. Shared community amenities include a pool and outdoor dining area. On-site parking is provided for 3 vehicles (1 covered space under the unit and 2 uncovered spaces in the lot). Beach access is steps beyond the pool from the property itself. Two chairs and umbrella set up on the beach by request.
Please note there are 15 steps to enter our property. Please note shared pool may be closed due to unexpected repairs outside of our control. Please note to always check beach conditions. There is an additional charge of $35 per stay per vehicle to register at the property for STR guests

This beautiful well appointed condo was well thought out to meet your every need. Beds were very comfortable, linens were soft, towels were large and of a higher quality than other places we have visited. The ocean view was also great and having beach chairs with an umbrella was a big plus. We look forward to coming again. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment—truly a 10/10 experience! One of the best parts was the location: having the beach just steps away made everything so convenient and enjoyable. It was perfect for quick walks, relaxing mornings, and sunset views. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt super clean and fresh, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was also incredibly well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and feel at home during our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a fantastic location!

This location was spot on: literally could look at and wake up to the ocean, space felt new and clean, they had a pool, it was quiet and family-oriented away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown PCB. We loved it! The host was very responsive with my many questions. Here’s where they could step it up: I had a lot of questions about the parking (didn’t realize there was a cost and that I had to register my vehicle so that was a thing when we got there), the separation between the host communication and the Harbour village condo association was a bit hard to understand specifically about the beach chairs and umbrella setup. Provide Keurig k-cups for the machine…why not? Build it in to the price if you have to….every other Airbnb I’ve been to does this. The pillows out on the balcony…replace them entirely! There is black mold all over the backside of every single one. Overall though, incredible spot, incredible memories made!
