Woodside Avenue just one block above Park City's historic Main Street, this neighborhood offers an iconic mountain atmosphere and easy access to winter activities. Guests are within moments of world-class skiing at Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort, as well as historic Main Street’s renowned aprés-ski spots, fine dining, art galleries, and Sundance Film Festival venues.
A car is recommended for regional travel, with driveway parking accommodating up to two vehicles. Woodside Avenue is steep and narrow, so street parking is discouraged. Guests can walk to historic Main Street to catch the free Main Street Trolley or access Park City’s complimentary transit bus system, which provides seamless shuttle service to ski resort bases, local trailheads, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private 4-person hot tub, outdoor deck with Wolf gas grill, in-unit laundry, and on-site driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days.
