Whether it’s Sundance, summer concerts, or snow-covered adventures, Old Town offers year-round appeal. In winter, ski at Park City Mountain or Deer Valley Resort. In summer, explore nearby trails, attend art walks, or bike through scenic mountain terrain. This neighborhood buzzes with activity and easy access.
A car isn’t necessary for most guests since Main Street, restaurants, and ski lifts are all within walking distance. The free Park City Transit system stops nearby and offers easy access to Canyons Village, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the private hot tub, washer/dryer, and 3 parking spaces (1 garage, 2 driveway). All amenities are for guest use only.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

The location is hard to beat and it comes with a responsive host, is walkable to everywhere, and a unique interior. Having a grill and a hot tub was a nice addition.
